How to repair or replace my screen door?

My screen door has seen better days. We're done patching the holes and would like to get the whole thing fixed. Is there a way to just replace the screen or should I replace the whole sliding screen door? Which is easiest? If replacing the whole screen door, are these things pretty universal as long as I get one the same size as the original? Should i just get a roll of screen and replace just that somehow? I have no idea how to make this look like new again. Any advice you can lend would be appreciated.
