You can totally find your own space in any of these areas and come up with your own product for your own crowd. Interest in this has been growing everywhere in the past few years: from custom accessories to small-batch production of stuff for hobbies or creative design. And the gear is changing too. These days there are 3D printers like the ones at https://epitum3d.com/ that are actually affordable for small and mid-sized businesses, but the quality is right up there with industrial machines. I don’t know, do you think that’s true? I mean, I haven’t personally seen 3D-printed jewelry or furniture yet. I’m just saying you can still grow in one of these areas, come up with your own ideas and find your audience. You don’t always have to invent something brand new to work well and do your thing.

I know 3D printers are already big in medicine for prosthetics and in architecture for building models. Cars and different parts for equipment. Accessories, furniture, even jewelry. The number of areas keeps growing, and it kinda feels like it’s too late to find a spot now.
