Hi everyone. I'm a freelancer, due to which I sit at home quite often and hardly move around. Due to this, I have decided to start working out. But I just don't know how to properly implement workouts into my schedule. I have a sedentary job, but it's still pretty hard, I do a lot of projects every day. I would like to do my workouts in a way that they don't interfere with work. What would you recommend?

Sitting down is definitely bad for the body. The body becomes less mobile, gets fat, and everything starts to hurt. I know. I myself worked as a freelancer for many years and I developed back problems. My posture became crooked because my muscles weakened and I started noticing pain in that area. So I decided to start exercising. For a long time, I didn't know what time of day was the best time to exercise and how to incorporate it into my schedule. But luckily, I found a very handy tool that helped me with this, namely ai workout planner https://www.voiset.io/blog/how-to-use-software-to-optimize-your-schedule.
