DIY installation for large SupDec body graphics: easy or risky?

Glad it helped! Just make sure to work in the shade, not direct sunlight, so the water doesn't dry up too fast. Good luck with the build, man!

That wet install tip with baby shampoo sounds like a lifesaver! I was so stressed about it sticking too fast. I’m going to order them now.

It is totally doable DIY, but for large graphics, definitely use the wet installation method! Mix water with a couple of drops of baby shampoo in a spray bottle and mist both the Jeep's surface and the sticky side of the vinyl. This allows you to slide the graphic around and position it perfectly without it sticking instantly. Once it's in place, use a felt-edge squeegee to work all the water and air bubbles out from the center. Take your time, and you won't ruin your money. Check out these decals for jeep and just follow a quick video tutorial.

Found awesome full-body Jeep graphics on SupDec. They claim ease of application, but I’ve never done this. Is it truly DIY-friendly, or will I just ruin the vinyl with bubbles and waste my money?
