Cottages Around Tbilisi – First-Time Buyers Sharing Experiences

Hey everyone. I’ve been seriously thinking about moving out of an apartment and buying a small cottage near Tbilisi. Last weekend I drove around the outskirts just to get a feel for different areas, and I stopped in a couple of villages where houses were surprisingly nice but felt very different depending on the road and infrastructure. Some places were quiet and green, which I liked a lot, but I also started thinking about practical things like heating in winter and how often you actually need to go into the city.
