The New Zealand Mint manufactures a variety of coins, including commemorative coins, bullion coins, and collectible coins. The following are some of their most popular coin series: The New Zealand Mint has a license from Lucasfilm to produce Star Wars-themed coins, including Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, and Princess Leia. The perth mint has also collaborated with Disney to produce coins featuring characters from popular Disney franchises, such as Mickey Mouse, Frozen, and Marvel. The Lunar Series consists of coins commemorating the Chinese zodiac. Each year, a new coin depicting the animal of the Chinese zodiac for that year is issued by the mint.
