A handsome lad File No. 16166, aged 22 years came to us on October 13, 2013 with the sonography report of Chronic Liver Diseases with Hepatitis B positive. Accordingly we referred for fresh HBV DNA & LFT for further evaluation of the current position We found from the report that his SGOT & GGT with was very high with HbsAg strongly positive. We took the case. He had pain in the hepatic region and uneasiness in whole of abdomen. Appetite diminished with high Fever. He was having headache almost all the times but used to aggravate with least sun heat or light. Medicine was given to him for one month with some food restrictions.
