For me, the hardest thing was food. I seriously love everything greasy, fried, and sweet. Basically everything you’re not supposed to eat when losing weight. And I always fall off the wagon when I try to lose weight. Someone recommended the unimeal.com app to me where you can make a meal plan to help you lose weight but without major restrictions. I don’t know if it’ll work, but I’ll try.
Sleep for sure! I can’t eat more than what I cooked or bought. I actually like working out, and after workouts my back doesn’t hurt. But sleep is always hard because yeah, there’s always something interesting to do right before bed that I just can’t push to the morning.
For me, the hardest thing is fixing my sleep schedule. Food is easy, workouts are just about motivation and discipline. Sleep... I know I’ll feel better if I go to bed earlier, I won’t have swelling and all that, but I always end up staying up late.
