What is the minimum age for someone to start taking CBD?

Currently there is no Age restriction guidelines by FDA. Since the industry is highly unregulated, a lot of companies are started self regulating. Part of their process is to do a voluntary age verification process on websites which sell CBD products made with HEMP extract. As we all know the Vape industry had gone through these changes when the FDA introduced guidelines and policies few years ago.
