What are visual processes and do I even have them in my company?

Probably all that info can be gotten from the developers themselves. Honestly, as someone who doesn’t have a business, an enterprise, or a big company with employees, it still doesn’t make things super clear or precise for me.

I never really thought about this stuff before. Sometimes it feels like all these new services from developers are just made to complicate everything. I don’t get what visual processes are, that a computer should handle instead of my employees. Maybe there are at least some simple and clear examples?
