I already take oral probiotics and extra vitamin C, but it doesn't seem to help much with my gum recession. I've seen that B12 and CoQ10 can help... Is there anything else I can try? I use toothpastes and mouthwash with added vitamin B5.
My gums are in bad shape due to repeated COVID-19 infections and acid reflux.
