I'm arriving at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) and need to get to East Hampton quickly. I've heard that leaving LGA is more difficult than leaving JFK. Do Black Car services offer a fixed price for this route, or will the fare be calculated based on the meter and the time spent in traffic?
