Implementing training into the schedule

Sitting down is definitely bad for the body. The body becomes less mobile, gets fat, and everything starts to hurt. I know. I myself worked as a freelancer for many years and I developed back problems. My posture became crooked because my muscles weakened and I started noticing pain in that area. So I decided to start exercising. For a long time, I didn't know what time of day was the best time to exercise and how to incorporate it into my schedule. But luckily, I found a very handy tool that helped me with this, namely ai workout planner

Hi everyone. I'm a freelancer, due to which I sit at home quite often and hardly move around. Due to this, I have decided to start working out. But I just don't know how to properly implement workouts into my schedule. I have a sedentary job, but it's still pretty hard, I do a lot of projects every day. I would like to do my workouts in a way that they don't interfere with work. What would you recommend?
