Does anyone use cloud procurement systems?

I’ve been considering cloud procurement systems to reduce manual work and improve oversight. precoro offers a cloud solution for automating and centralizing procurement and expense management, letting users manage purchase orders, approvals, and supplier data from anywhere. Has anyone experienced issues or benefits switching from local to cloud systems?

I keep hearing about cloud procurement systems, but I’m not fully sure how they work in practice. Does anyone here use such a system for day-to-day purchasing, and how reliable is it compared to traditional on-premise software? Any pros and cons would be really helpful.
