ERP systems are super effective. They’re what "set up" every part of your business and tie everything together into one system, so everything works smoothly and kinda in sync. Maybe not that important for microbusinesses with small turnover, when you can basically keep everything under control yourself. But now they even use ERP for construction, because those fields are huge, projects take forever, budgets are massive, and systems like that help plan budgets and resources, and give access to key data in real time. Basically, if you want to grow, even outside construction, ERP is worth checking out.
Automation right now is the secret to success. At least, that's what I’m thinking after checking out how different companies work, the ones that got some results, grew big, and all that stuff we usually call successful development. Overall, there’s already plenty of software out there, but you can also think about custom development. Depends on the budget.
I read your post with interest. Now I also need advice on how to improve my business. Specifically, I'm interested in optimizing the procurement process. What software allows me to resolve this issue most smoothly and seamlessly?
