Vijayawada Police to Report to Hyderabad Court on PACL Ltd within 10 days

Justice Vilas Afzulpurkar of Hyderabad High Court on Thursday directed the Vijayawada police to report to the court within ten days, the steps taken on a complaint against PACL Ltd filed by its customers. The judge was dealing with a writ petition field by several persons complaining that the police were not acting upon the complaints.

The petitioners said that they had paid amounts to PACL when they were promised house plots. Now the house sites were not given and the money was not repaid. Several complaints were lodged with the Commissioner of police, Vijayawada, police of Governorpet but there was no response.
