Amway, a multilevel marketing company, has invited applications from eligible candidates for recruiting a manager.

Vacancies: Manager- Supplier Development

Eligibility:

The applying candidate should have done BE/B.com/MBA from a recognized university or institute with an experience of 6/8 years in the related field.

The applying candidate should also have atleast 2 to 3 years of core purchasing experience for the relevant position.

The candidate should demonstrate leadership skills with executive presence and recognized business acumen.

The candidate should understand and appropriate application of principles and policies in key areas that influence our practices and behaviours in sourcing activities.

The position has the responsibility for Procurement development and technical support to purchasing and suppliers in an international team environment with a strong focus on quality, delivery and cost. The incumbent is also responsible for development of a robust supplier induction and supplier on-boarding program. The incumbent shall be responsible to move Procurement up the maturity curve.
