Plexus Worldwide Named Fastest Growing Co in Arizona

Plexus Worldwide, the Scottsdale, Arizona based direct selling company that sells health and wellness products, took the No. 1 ranking in the 2015 version of the Arizona Corporate Excellence (ACE) Fastest-Growing Private Companies list, published today by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Each year the Phoenix Business Journal honors the top 50 large private businesses as well as the top 25 fastest-growing. The list is features numerous business sectors, from transportation and construction to technology and health care.

The ACE lists are researched and compiled by accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. The Fastest-Growing Cos. list is ranked using a proprietary formula based on revenue growth over a two-year period. Both actual dollar growth and percentage growth are used to compute the score, with 500 points being the highest possible score.

The formula’s perfect score is 500. Plexus Worldwide, with 489.9, came very close. Second on the list was Avella Specialty Pharmacy, with a score of 485.15. Third went to GlobalTranz Enterprises Inc. with 474.95.

Earlier this year, Plexus was also ranked No.8 on the 2014 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies.

Last year, the honor went to yet another direct selling in Arizona. Vemma Nutrition Co. was named the fastest-growing private company in the 2014 list.
