Dash to be Produced Before Khurda Court Today

BHUBANESWAR: Seashore Group of Companies Chief Managing Director (CMD) Prashant Dash will be produced before Khurda District and Sessions Court here on Monday after his remand with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) ends.



Dash was on a 14-day remand during which the ED subjected him to intense interrogation on the money trail. The ED interrogated an iron trading firm proprietor and raided Anil Mihir and Associates, a Chartered Accountant firm, during the remand period.



The Central Bureau of Investigation is likely to seek his remand to take forward its probe into the company’s affairs in the State. Similarly, Mayurbhanj MP Ram Chandra Hansda and two former MLAs Hitesh Bagarti and Subarna Naik will be produced before the CBI court as their six-day remand ends on Monday.
