Answer: P&P 8.5.8 – “Responding to Negative Online Posts” is educational. It states: “LifeVantage Independent Distributors should not converse with one who places a negative post against them, other LifeVantage Independent Distributors or LifeVantage. They should report negative posts to the Company at compliance@lifevantage.com. Responding to such negative posts simply fuels a discussion with someone carrying a grudge that does not hold themselves to the same high standards as LifeVantage, and therefore damages the reputation and goodwill of LifeVantage.”
