Amway has managed to obtain a Guinness World Record for his fight against child malnutrition

Aiming to raise awareness on child malnutrition, Amway has created the collage of prints of the world's largest hands, achieving Guinness World Record.

More than 260,000 people around the world have participated raising his hand in the events of collecting fingerprints solidarity organized by Amway, during the campaign Power of May against child malnutrition. In addition, during the process, Amway has managed to obtain a record of Guinness World Records™ in order to raise awareness about this serious problem.

The collage, in a tree, on display at the Nutrilite Health Institute in Buena Park, California. The piece was designed and assembled by Georgia Taylor, artist based in Grand Rapids. Visitors will see the collage exposed in facilities and know that each mark represents a part of the thousands of dollars raised to provide essential nutrients to malnourished children around the world.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 7 million children under 5 die each year from preventable causes, and malnutrition is the leading cause of 45 percent of those deaths.
