1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the STAR WEALTH mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Nature of Platform

STAR WEALTH is a community-driven platform managed by STAR WEALTH FOUNDATION, a public charitable trust. The platform is intended solely for voluntary peer-to-peer financial support (crowdfunding).
It is not an investment scheme, not a financial advisory service, and does not guarantee returns.

3. Voluntary Contribution

• All members contribute voluntarily a sum of ₹1111.
• ₹1000 is directly transferred to another community member as a peer-support.
• ₹111 goes to a sponsor or, if unavailable, to the STAR WEALTH FOUNDATION Trust Fund.
• No interest, returns, or guaranteed income is promised.

4. Eligibility

You must: - Be at least 18 years of age. - Agree that you are joining of your own free will and understand the nature of voluntary donations.

5. No Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable. By joining, you acknowledge that: - You are not purchasing any goods or services. - You are not entitled to a refund or compensation.

6. Boost-Up Support

Any boost-up amount given by existing members to help new members is entirely voluntary and shall not be considered a loan, investment, or guarantee of benefit.

7. Trust Governance

All sponsor contributions routed to the Trust will be: - Managed transparently - Audited annually - Utilized for charitable and operational objectives approved by the Trustees.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: - Misrepresent STAR WEALTH as an investment or ROI-based system. - Coerce, mislead, or defraud other users. - Share false income claims or promotional content violating our community ethics.

9. Limitation of Liability

The STAR WEALTH FOUNDATION and its Trustees shall not be held liable for: - Any loss of expectation - Any disputes between individual members - Any misuse of the platform beyond its charitable scope

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under jurisdiction of Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu.
