What supplements do you think everyone needs?

Probiotics may be relevant after antibiotics or with gastrointestinal problems, but as a permanent supplement, they are not always needed. Protein powders are more of a convenience for those who do not get enough protein from food, rather than a must-have for health. Ideally, it's better to first take tests, understand what is really missing, and only then add supplements.

I see so many different types and brands of supplements: multivitamins, vitamin D, omega 3, probiotics, protein powders and more. With all this variety, it is difficult to determine which ones are truly necessary and beneficial for overall health.
What supplements do you think are a must and should be taken regularly by everyone? Which ones do you think have the most positive effects?
