https://eos.com/find-satellite/sentinel-2/ Could be. I mean, I’m not a specialist or researcher either, but I also feel like fires that big don’t just happen on their own. Then again, who even needs to turn forests into dead land? I used this to compare pre- and post-disaster Sentinel-2 images, and yeah, the results are terrifying. I’m not sure if developers or whoever actually benefit from that much land being cleared, but still.

Hey, do you believe those massive wildfires were really just caused by weather? Like, in the US, they always have these huge, crazy fires, and they say it’s all because of heat and drought. I don’t know why, but I never really buy that. I always think it’s either carelessness or straight-up arson.
