How casino rules affect the ‘perfect’ strategy (number of decks, Double-after-Split, Soft 17, etc.)

I’ve been hopping between a few casinos lately, and I’m getting confused because the same basic strategy doesn’t seem to work equally well everywhere. One place uses a single deck and the dealer stands on soft 17, and I felt like I had way more control over the game. Another spot had six decks, plus no Double-after-Split, and suddenly all the moves I used before felt off. I didn’t realize these small rule changes could shift the whole flow of the game so much. How do you guys adjust when switching between different casino rules? Or do you stick to one strategy and hope it evens out?
