4Life India Annual Leadership Seminar

Salt Lake City, Utah - 4Life India recently completed a four day leadership seminar with the event theme, “Get, Set, Go.” The annual event, which attracted 80 of the country’s top leaders, was held at the Ibiza Resort in Kolkata.



Attendees received training from International Diamonds, including Rajashekhar Vavilapally, K.K. Jayashankar, Jemima Arenla, Eleuterio Marcos Lobo, Dr. N. Guejendiran, P. Ramasamy, Tsatingla, Aakrisht Gupta, and newest International Diamond from Punjab, Inderpal Singh.



Marketing Manager Subhajyoti Dasgupta coordinated the event. 4Life India General Manager Manoj Shirodkar shared corporate news and product updates. Additionally, Vice President of Communications Calvin Jolley and Director of Creative and International Marketing Jake Burby conducted corporate training on behalf of Vice President of International Steve Apple.



As a special service engagement, 25 children from SOS Children’s Village were onsite. Foundation 4Life®, the company’s non-profit service organization, developed its first SOS Children’s Village partnership when Founders David and Bianca Lisonbee visited Hyderabad in 2008. Today, the company supports SOS Children’s Villages in India and other countries around the world.

Dasgupta: “Having these children onsite gave our distributors an opporutnity to share life lessons and participate in meaningful activities in a spirit of sharing.”

Other activities included zip lining, archery, rope bridges and leadership development games. Shirodkar: ”This third chapter in our “Get, Set, Go” series was a great success. I’m excited about the commitments our field leaders have made to business development and look forward to supporting their growth.”
