Sales Executive Joining And Earnings
If an individual wants to join as an Sales Executive with the company
he/she has to buy his/her own future card. Below are the earnings of
an Sales Executive:

AN SALES EXECUTIVE WILL BE PROMOTED AS TEAM LEADER BY DOING 15 CARDS
ON MONTHLY BASIS FOR CONTINUOUS 3 MONTHS.
Once a Sales Executive become a Team Leader his/her Core Job is to
make a team of minimum 10 Executive under his/her Leadership and to
achieve his/her Monthly Goal sheet. Doing so he/she will be getting
15,000/- Remuneration.
With his/her Supervision if he/she promote 8 Executive out of 10 to
Team Leader then he/she become Manager-Sales.
Once he/she Achieve the post of Manager- Sales his/her core job is to
promote 5 Team Leader under his/her Leadership out of 8 TL which
he/she had in his/her team and to achieve his/her Monthly Goal sheet.
Doing so he/she will be getting 25k-28k Remuneration on Monthly Basis.
With his/her Supervision if he/she promote 5 Manager - Sales out of
8 Team Leader then he/she become Deputy Branch Manager(DBM).
Once he/she Achieve the post of DBM his/her core job is to promote 3
Manager - Sales under his/her Leadership out of 5 Manager - Sales
which he/she had in his/her team and to achieve his/her Monthly Goal
sheet. Doing so he/she will be getting 6-8 Lac Yearly Remuneration
Package.
With his/her Supervision if he/she promote 3 DBM out of 5 Manager -
Sales then he/she become Branch Manager(BM).
Once he/she Achieve the post of BM his/her core job is to achieve
his/her Monthly Goal sheet. Doing so he/she will be getting 9-11 Lac
Yearly Remuneration Package.
